We’re essentially problem solvers. Brands come to us with a problem, like “how can we leverage video to support the launch of a new shoe”, for example.
Part of the process from problem to solution is deciding what tools (or cameras) to use to tell our story.
Here are 2 of our favourite cameras that we’ve used recently.
This little camera sees everything, including the filmer. What makes this 360 camera so special is that you can fit it into small spaces, and change perspective quickly. The camera angle and field of view can be altered in post production, giving us a ton of flexibility in the edit.
It’s great for capturing high energy, dynamic movement, or mounting to get POV or even behind the scenes perspectives.
Drone technology has seen massive progress recently, specifically FPV drones, which are much faster and more manoeuvrable than the “traditional” drone. With FPV we can create extremely impactful moments with movement that would otherwise be impossible.
There’s always a tool for the job and sometimes deciding what tool to use can be the hardest part.
