Red Bull BC One is a global one-on-one breaking competition, considered to be the most prestigious event of its kind.
Magnafire partnered with Red Bull Canada to produce the live stream for the BC One Cypher Canada Finals as well as a string of social content. The multi-platform approach utilized digital and traditional media to solidified the brand as the global leader in breaking.
Producing a live broadcast is always an exciting experience… everything happens in the moment. There’s a lot of moving parts, a ton of planning, and multi-departmental teams working in unison.
The broadcast was distributed to the brands global viewership (Youtube) and a broader audience through CBC Sports, as well as shoulder assets for their core community optimized for TikTok and Instagram.
We’re excited to continue to explore live broadcasting, there’s a sense of magic to it that makes it so special.
